Promotion Period

This Black Friday Cyber Monday 2024 (“BFCM 2024”) promotion runs from November 24, 2024, at 10:00 PM PST until December 3, 2024, at 10:00 AM PST. Only purchases made during this period are eligible. 

 

Eligibility

Customers must submit email address and phone number to access the event. Customers will receive a $20 Gift Card for every $100 spent on qualifying purchases during the promotional period. This $100 threshold is based on the subtotal of the order and excludes tax, shipping, and any additional fees. This promotion is automatically applied, no discount code is required. 

 

Gift Card Distribution

Gift Cards will be issued beginning December 3, 2024 and will be sent to the email address associated with the qualifying purchase.

 

Conditions

  1. Minimum Spend Requirement: Only orders with a subtotal of $100 or more (before tax and shipping) qualify for the promotion.
  2. Non-Transferable & Non-Refundable: Gift Cards are non-transferable and cannot be redeemed for cash or refunded.
  3. One Combined Gift Card per Total Qualifying Spend: Gift Cards will be issued as a single combined amount based on the total qualifying spend. For example, if a customer spends $300 (before tax and shipping), they will receive one $60 Gift Card rather than multiple $20 Gift Cards.
  4. Purchase Modifications, Returns, & Gift Card Use: Orders that are returned or modified after the promotional period in a way that affects the subtotal eligibility will not qualify for this promotion. If a customer uses the Gift Card issued from this promotion and subsequently returns items from the original qualifying order, their refund will reflect the original purchase amount minus the value of the Gift Card used.
  5. Issuance Date: Gift Cards will be distributed on December 3, 2024, and cannot be redeemed before this date.
  6. Exclusions: Certain products or collections may be excluded from the promotion. Exclusions, if any, will be listed on our website.

 

Limitations

  1. Validity Period: Gift Cards issued through this promotion are valid for one year from the date of issuance (valid until December 3, 2025).
  2. Gift Cards are subject to the store’s regular Gift Card Terms & Conditions, which include any additional usage restrictions.
  3. Gift Cards from Other Promotions: If a customer applies a Gift Card from a previous promotion toward their purchase during the BFCM sales period, the value of that Gift Card will be deducted from the total qualifying spend when calculating eligibility for this promotion. For example, if the subtotal is $150, but a $50 Gift Card from a prior promotion is applied, the qualifying spend for this promotion will be $100. Example of a Previous Promotion:  A Gift Card received from the October Costume Contest is considered a Gift Card from a prior promotion and will reduce the qualifying spend accordingly.
